Studying

Learning is such an integral part of life. It never stops. It is said that if you stop learning you stop growing. I have been a voracious reader and learner all my life. I have a passion for books. I could go for hours in a bookstore, or library and be lost to the outside world. My learning continues as I go. My interests may change but the learning never stops.

Right now I'm doing the first part of the Hallelujah Acres Health Minister Certification Course. It is quite a bit of information. My question to myself was how am I going to remember all this information. Studying for this course is quite different from voraciously reading and then knowing that a google search will help my memory. I will most likely have to have my husband administer quizzes from time to time to ensure that I am indeed learning this stuff.

I'm having to brush up on my study skills so that I can make the most of the information I'm learning. My desire is to help as many as I can with healthy living information so it is very important to me that I assimilate the information well.

Midway through and at the end I'm thinking of using one of the many exam builder sites out there as well. Just some thoughts on where my head is right now. This means more great stuff for you if you've subscribed to this blog, connected on the Facebook page, follow me on Twitter or subscribed to my newsletter.
