Scrubs

I received an email linking to a site called Scrubs. Scrubs is The Nurse's Guide to Healthy Living. If you're a nurse then this site is for you. While looking through this site I found many articles that could be very helpful. The home page is categorized into mind, health, beauty, style, work, love, money, news and entertainment.

With summer approaching, the article title The Seasonal Scrubs Overhaul is a good place to read about suggestions on shoes and scrubs for summer. Their Summer Checklist has a list of regular summer fashion tips in addition to tips geared toward nurses.

Wake Up Looking Younger has a list of 5 things that you can do in our daily skin care regimen to help us wake up refreshed and looking younger. I must admit that more times than I care to admit in times past I failed on the very first tip. The tip on applying eye cream with a light hand is a very good one. In my days of training as an Artistry Beauty Consultant we were told that the ring finger is the best finger to use to do this because it is not as strong as the other fingers on the hand. This article is a useful one for great looking skin.

Looking for information on nail care and makeup? Scrubs also dishes out advice in those areas too.

Under the beauty section there was this interesting article called Lipstick Stat! The author of the article describes a patient's reaction to the appearance of his nurse. It is so true that appearance does matter. Even though some of us are not nurses we would do well to read this article and learn the important truth in there that though beauty lies within people see the outward appearance.

Visit Scrubs today.

  1. Hi Jenn! It's been awhile. I took a bloggy break. I was getting burnt out with blogging. Anyway, I'm back and wanted to stop by and say "hi". Be blessed my sister!

  2. Hey Ana
It is really good to see you. Missed you around here but I'm glad that you were able to take a break. I take one every month, schedule posts to run during my absence and go on just to check for commenters and respond to them.

    God bless you too!
