Food Storage - Food Shelf Life

Here is some info on the shelf life of items. I discovered this wonderful page online from North Dakota State University that lists foods and their storage times. Excellent resource! Here's a sampling:

Baking powder             18 months or  Keep dry and covered.
expiration
date on can
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Baking soda
2 years Keep dry and covered.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Bouillon cubes
1 year Keep dry and covered.
or granules
