Raw Food Recipe: Papaya Salad

This dish is a fusion of sweet and savoury that will kick your taste-buds into high gear providing an experience that you will remember.  It can be served as a snack or lunch.

Papaya Salad

1 very ripe papaya
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp parsley
1 clove garlic (finely grated/minced)
1 tbsp grated/minced onion

Peel and cut papaya into cubes. Do not remove seeds(post on benefits of papaya seeds coming tomorrow God willing). Mix in the rest of the ingredients gently so as not to crush the papaya.  Serve at room temperature or chilled. Enjoy!
