ReplyDeleteI have to admit that I had never tried eggplant before I got married. My husband is part Italian so he made some delicious meals with eggplant. Interesting to learn more about here on your site. Eggplant is not exactly my favorite but I like it stuffed, or in moussaka. Have a wonderful weekend!
