Broccoli Tomato Salad
BroccoliTomato(diced)
Sea salt
Coconut oil/Olive oil
1 sprig celery
Method
Run broccoli through the food processor to break it up in to tiny pieces. Add diced tomatoes, oil of your choice and mix well. Decorate with the sprig of celery which of course should be consumed as part of the salad for added nutrition.
Now here's the simple trick. Running the broccoli through the food processor breaks it down into tiny pieces that are easier to deal with in my mouth. The oils added also soften it a bit more. And there you have it - my trick to eating raw broccoli.
