Vegetarian, Vegan and Raw Food Pyramid

Planning a balanced vegetarian eating plan is very important to me. We have two growing boys ages 6 and 7 who need to get proper nutrition. Well, the regular food pyramid would not work because we no longer eat milk and milk products, meats etc. I searched and searched for a vegetarian food pyramid or a vegan food pyramid. Finally I hit jackpot. There were different ones but basically the same information. If you are concerned with the right amounts of what types of foods to include in your vegetarian, vegan or raw food eating plan here are a few of the different pyramids I found online.
