Tips for Wives - Appreciative Words

Another good way to communicate love with the love language of Words of Affirmation.



My(Lori) husband and son did a bit of demolition and then some building (a front porch/mud room area). They were rather verbal during the process of that project and I(Lori) suddenly realized that they wanted me to come and appreciate their work. Now, honestly, aren't we all like that, just needing a little appreciation for our hard work?

Tip: Make a point of showing some appreciation and all around general approval when your husband tackles a project. Lots of hugs and kisses are good.

Appreciation can make a day, even change a life. Your willingness to put it into words is all that is necessary.
