Treating Illness With Vegetables and Foods

Besides emailing each other love notes, my hubby and I also send interesting articles we've found to each other. Hubby emailed this one to me. It's about different foods that can be used to aid in the healing of different health problems. I found it so interesting that I had to share.

Many people over medicate when facing health challenges when foods would do a much better job of healing the body without the adverse side effects of over medication.

Here's a snippet of the article. Click the link below the snippet to read the rest of the article.

Allergy - Onion
Anemia - Apricot, Beans (lima) and other species, Beets (red), Cantaloupe, Celery, Cherries, Corn, Date, Grape, Kelp, Lettuce.
Anorexia (Poor Appetite) - Lettuce, Radish
Deafness - Cabbage
Diabetes - Alfalfa, Celery (roots), Cucumber, Onion, Radish, Soybean, Spinach.
Diaper Rash - Corn Starch, Lecithin (liquid)

  1. Great article! Food has power- to heal or to destroy depending on what people eat. As we can see in your post, fruit, vegetables, herbs and beans and legumes can heal and is a better choice than food that destroys..
