In response to the 10 Benefits of Becoming A Vegetarian video, someone asked the question "Does a vegetarian get the necessary protein?". So that is what we'll be discussing today. I've actually written three posts on the subject already. I will link to them at the bottom in the related posts section so that you can get more in-depth information than was shared in the video. Enjoy!

For God's Glory!
I just went through your video. Thanks for sharing. Your explanations are so clear. I’m a vegetarian for 8 years. I didn’t have any problem with my health. I’m so happy to see this type of a post. Because most are not vegetarians. I’m a vegetarian because I love animals.
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteThanks for watching. The fact that you've not had any problem with your health is a great testimony to vegetarianism. Thanks for sharing.
