  1. I really like how you go out and do research when you don't know the answer, Jenn. That's the mark of a true professional helper who is willing to go beyond her means to get an answer.

That's a really great way to serve your audience, and I for one would like to say thank you!

  2. Hi Jenn, thanks for the informative video. Being that I am not a woman and have never been pregnant I am always eager to learn about proper nutrition for women who are pregnant. When I started my cleanse I did a 3 month cleanse using herbs like burdock root and sarsaparilla. I didn't have any problem with any of the herbs I was using, and there wasn't any caution for men or women who didn't have any medical conditions. I did find that it was recommended that women who were pregnant should consult with their physician before taking any herbs. That just reinforced in my mind that there are differences in what a women who are pregnant should take into their body in comparison to a woman who was not pregnant. It is good to know now that that basic diet is the same except for protein, calorie, and iron intake quantities, and the caution to be taken is really the herbs.

  3. True. Women do have to be careful what herbs they take during pregnancy.
