Bread & cake!

Last night at Ladies Ministry we celebrated the birthday of one of our ladies. The cake was scrumptious. It was red velvet cake and the taste gave justice to the name, it felt like velvet on my tongue. Oooooh boy!

My hubby baked bread today(whole wheat is the only kind we bake). The house was filled with the awesome aroma. I love the smell of fresh baked bread. Yumm yumm...

    What a lot of bread! Have you been affect by any of the bad weather that has been passing through your area? I know my Mom ( who lives in northern USA) has seen a lot of rain. All your pictures seem so peaceful and sunny, so I guess you have been luckier.
