...My tip for today is to work to be comfortable talking about sex. Start where you are and gradually add words and phrases. If you need to, practice saying them out loud to yourself and then begin to use them with your spouse. Communication is key to health and growth, so give your marriage a boost by being about to communicate about your sexuality and bedroom life.

Hey Lady! I like my backround too. I've been down for the afternoon and evening from a tooth ache. Well recovering from Dental work. :) It always makes me crabby and my husband is dear and took care of the children so I could hibernate. Thus the work on my blog. :)
