Today's Bible Reading is Luke 21 - 22.
I would love it if you would add your insights and whatever the Lord ministers to you as you read the bible passage. You can do that in the comments section of this post. God speaks to us in so many ways and what you share here may just be the word that I or someone else who reads it needs for the day and situation.

Just dropping by from SITS to say hi. Lovely thing you are doing with your blog - using it to spread God's word and bring Him glory. I read the Luke passage and many things spoke to me, but most notably these verses:
ReplyDelete"Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with dissipation, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you unexpectedly like a trap"
A much-needed reminder that I need to put on the armor of God and prepare myself - quit procrastinating self improvement but work harder at repenting my habitual sins today. Thank you for the wake up call. I'll be back!
Hi Carebear
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog and for the compliment. I appreciate your comments.
Indeed you are right and I think most of us from time to time struggle with the procrastination habit. I have been really working at it lately and have seen such results. Thanks for your reminder that I should continue instead of slacking off because of the progress I've made.
