Leaving tomorrow

We are leaving for St. Thomas tomorrow morning God willing. I intended to be fully packed by now but as I'm always discovering - things don't always go as planned. I'm still packing and organizing stuff around here. This was a good opportunity to purge our closets for the church clothing giveaway being held tomorrow by our Ladies Ministry.

My comments thingy is not allowing me to reply to comments or make comments on any blogs. The problem might be with my laptop. I've rebooted, cleaned and restored it to the day before this started happening but that did not fix the problem. Hubby is doing his ministry thing in town today so I guess he might only get to check it out for me when we get to St. Thomas.

Please pray for us as we minister in St.Thomas. Hubby is preaching at a friend's church this Sunday and then the Holy Convocation begins at our home church that week. Hubby is speaking to the youth and young adults at our church on the Friday. I am speaking Sunday evening and hubby the following Sunday morning. We are not the only ones speaking during the Convocation so I'm putting the schedule of the whole event below. I appreciate your prayers for not only us but for everyone who has anything to do at these services whether singing, speaking, praying, music, sound system, cleaning etc.

Here is the schedule for our home church Holy Convocation as we have it for now:

Wednesday April 1 - Rise Up Church and Be Empowered(visiting speaker)
Thursday April 2 - Same as above(same speaker as above)
Friday April 3 - Rise up you Young for You Are Strong (my hubby speaking)
Saturday April 4 - Breakfast(visiting speaker)
Sunday April 5(morning) - Rise up Church and March for Your King(same speaker as at breakfast)
Sunday April 5(evening) - Women and Men of God Arise and Sing(me speaking)
Wednesday April 8(evening) - Arise and Remember Him till He Comes(Senior Pastor)
Friday April 10(evening) - Arise and Be Glad for Friday is Good(Senior Pastor)
Sunday April 12(morning) - Arise and Occupy, Redeemed of the Lord(my hubby speaking)

I am not going to be on the computer for the most part during today. My sister in law is coming to pick me up so that I can get one of her famous braided hairstyles so I won't have to think about combing my hair for a few days at least.
