Get yourself a notebook approximately 5 X 7 in size. Feel free to use any size you wish but having the 5 X 7 size means it will not be too bulky to carry with you when you need to.
Using the goal you decided upon in step 1 write your plan name at the top of the first page. e.g. My Three Month Plan. Divide the page into 4 columns. The first column heading is ITEM. The second column heading is GOAL. The third column heading is HAVE. The fourth column heading is NEED.
List the items from step 2 in the items column. It would help if you categorize your list into like items. For example: Canned goods, Sugars, Grains, Legumes, Seasonings etc. This is your list so feel free to categorize it in the way that makes sense to you. You may choose to not categorize as well and instead put it in alphabetical order.
