Journaling Today

Today was a very relaxing day for me. The boys did not have sports camp today but their aunt in Salisbury invited them to their Vacation Bible School. After hubby and I handed them over to their uncle at the drop off point, we walked home holding hands and chatting.

We spent the day looking at and listening to some mind blowing online videos about this whole Illuminati thing and the way the systems of this world operates. We had the opportunity to listen to a former Illuminati gentleman and learned a lot. We knew some of this stuff already but other things were so eye-opening.

Our lunch was a simple bowl of lentils with slices of avocado and a mixture of farine and avocado. Avocadoes are in season now and I'm enjoying them to the max. Next to tomatoes they are my favorite vegetable. Although from what I've read it seems that some people classify it a fruit. I'm going to do some research on avocadoes and I'll be back with a post sometime in the future to let you know all what I've learned.

It is now 642pm and the hubby and I are still without the boys. I've enjoyed the day with him immensely especially because before the boys left we were able to do just about all the housework and chores that needed to be done. My sink is overflowing but I'm taking advantage of the time without them to relax.

Hubby also baked bread today. I've had the chance to sample them and let me tell you they're to die for(not literally) :) but I've had enough to fill my stomach. I had to refuse after a point. Freshly baked bread is just pure goodness especially when you know it's the healthy stuff and not made with white flour or enriched flour.

Anyway that was my day. I had been off twitter for a few days so I also took the opportunity to log into my twitter account via Tweetdeck and touch base with few people and see what was being tweeted. You know, I've noticed that there is a direct co-relation to my being active on twitter and my blog traffic. I'm using two different tools to track the statistics and I find that twitter brings quite a bit of traffic to my part of the blogosphere.

Well that's the update on me for today. Take care my friends and remember there is no better day than today to give your all to the kingdom of God in the measure that God would have you do so. You won't regret fully obeying the Lord.
