We should be a peaceful place to come home to. Ask yourself the following couple of questions.

So as a tip for today, when your husband arrives home, listen to yourself and begin to replace bad news with pleasant words and good news. Unless it is an absolute emergency, wait for a good time to address any challenging issues.

I practice keeping my mouth shut when hubby comes home and just listening to him talk about his day. He eventually gets around to asking me about my day.
