75% Raw Breakfast

That's what we had this morning - a 75% raw breakfast and I'm so proud of myself. It's the goal I 'm aiming for as I mentioned in the article Raw Breakfast and A Little More. Here's a picture of it taken with my webcam.  Below the picture I will give a breakdown of the composition of the breakfast both cooked and raw.

So here's the breakdown:
Raw portion
  • Papaya with the seeds (more on the benefits of papaya seeds in another post)
  •  Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Garlic(grated on top of cooked portion)
  • Coconut oil (drizzled on top of the cooked portion of the meal)

Cooked portion - Tuna vegetable medley

Canned tuna mixed with canned mixed vegetables, sauteed and seasoned with onions, garlic, chives and sea salt.

Tasted really good if I do say so myself. LOL!
