So here's the breakdown:
Raw portion
- Papaya with the seeds (more on the benefits of papaya seeds in another post)
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Garlic(grated on top of cooked portion)
- Coconut oil (drizzled on top of the cooked portion of the meal)
Cooked portion - Tuna vegetable medley
Canned tuna mixed with canned mixed vegetables, sauteed and seasoned with onions, garlic, chives and sea salt.
Tasted really good if I do say so myself. LOL!
