Pray for a servant's heart for yourself and your husband. When I look at the New Testament church what I see is a gathering of believers who had a heart to serve, reaching out to each other and to the lost. They wanted to be like their Master (the greatest servant model ever) and they went about laying their lives down for others. There are plenty of opportunities to serve. What a good thing it is to serve your spouse and to serve with your spouse as you reach out to others.
For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. Mark 10:45 NIV
