Lettuce Pumpkin Green Bell Pepper Salad

Lettuce Pumpkin Green Bell Pepper Salad

1 head lettuce
1 cup grated raw pumpkin
1 green bell pepper
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
Sea salt
Coconut/Olive oil

Wash lettuce and shred into a bowl.
Peel pumpkin (optional) and grate into the bowl.
Remove core of green bell peppers, slice and add to the bowl.
Peel and grate/chop onion and garlic and add to bowl.
Add sea salt, oil of your choice and toss together.
