As we strive to live a healthy lifestyle, we find that it involves lots of changes. Sometimes we get tired of the constant changing that we have to do. Sometimes we get burnt out. We know it's worth it but it seems like such a hassle. We want to give up because it seems like we are making little progress.
I'm here to tell you today - DON'T GIVE UP! It is not how fast you get your goals accomplished but the steady steps that you are making. Don't beat yourself over the head when you don't do what you intended to do. Just start over. Every day is a new day so every day is a good day to start over.
Starting over each day will put you in a better position healthwise than not doing anything because you did not do what you were supposed to do yesterday. You are not a failure or a hopeless case. We are all a work in progress and will continue to be until the day we die. So start over. Do one thing each day towards that healthy lifestyle. You'll be better for it.
