  1. I became vegetarian for health reasons in 2001. I'd rather eat food than pop pills for a chronic condition. It stuck and now I'm working my way slowly to vegan and raw.

I'm still not animal activist but I am and always have been animal compassionate. I squuueeeeee happily at the site of any animal so it's better for me not to eat them. :)

  2. LOL I love it! I get a craving once in awhile for stuff like my dad's chicken and brown gravy with cornbread but I don't give in - never will again :) I know what I'd like a video on! Your favorite vegetarian food brands - like Yves, MorningStar Farms, Boca, Gardein, Beyond Meat, etc. I can't wait to try Beyond Meat. It's not sold here yet.

  3. Wow Minna! That's awesome that you took the healthy way instead of the pills. You go girl! I am working toward a greater percentage of raw as well.

It's good connecting with you. Take care and have a great weekend.

  4. I love your enthusiasm for your tobpic. And I love your accent too. I am interested in hearing more about the health benefits of a diet without meat but I don't think I could resist the chicken or my bacon. LoL. :)

Thanks. LOL. I never thought I could do without the chicken either but it's working out. Good to see you.

  6. I also have a nice story regarding vegetarian. I became a vegetarian 15 years ago without any health reason. I’m so energetic person now because of that decision. I can say only one thing that is fresh vegetables and fresh fruits can do marvelous things to your body. Meat or fish can’t do those. Thanks for talking about an interesting topic.
