Ask God for a good friend that will join you in prayer for your marriages. A fun way to connect in prayer is to pick a time each day to phone for just a couple of minutes, share briefly and then pray a few sentence prayers (keep it short and simple). If you happen to miss each other (life happens), just leave a voice mail prayer and then connect the next day. It is amazing how much just this simple exercise in prayer can benefit your marriages as well as give you a nice connection with a friend.
As a word of caution, be careful not to gossip or run down your marriage. Pick someone who can be trusted and share any details in a spirit of love.
Life is partly what we make it, and partly what it is made by the friends we choose.
