Wise words from Lori as always. Read on to see what she has to say today.
My husband and son are both risk takers (it does improve one's prayer life). Over the years I've come to deal with it fairly well. The risks sometimes bother me, but I've come to see that the risks usually are far outweighed by the good. My guys need to take risks (because of their personal make up) and, really, only with a certain amount of risk are good things accomplished.
When your husband takes a significant risk (hopefully for a good reason), encourage him regardless of whether or not it turns out well. Pat him on the back for having the courage to act or speak in challenging circumstances.
Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly. Robert F. Kennedy

My hubby is the same way but we call it stepping out on faith. :)

ReplyDeleteOn our way in about 20 minutes to pick our baby up from the airport. It's been a long 2 months. :)
Pray all is well with you Jen! :)
my husband is definitely as you described! we've taken big leaps of faith because of him and the Lord has blessed. May you be blessed as well as you support your risk-taker! :o)
