The French island of Les Saintes, Guadeloupe, Martinique and St. Martin await you. Puerto Rico is only a couple of hours away by air. St. Lucia is nearby too.

Get a glimpse of the latest news on the island. There are several newspapers published on different days of the week.

Tune into a local station and catch "de vibes" on Domincia. Get a sense of the current events and issues of the day.
75. Collect Dominican stamps
If you are a stamp collector, or know someone who is, be sure to purchase beautiful issues from the Nature Island.
76. Send local flowers back homeCaptivate family and friends by sending them a bouquet of beautiful flowers from the Nature Island. You can also tour Green Mountain Flowers farm near Giraudel by appointment and order some there too.
