Hubby taught a Bible Study at the Grandbay Pentecostal Church last night. He spoke about trusting God. He differentiated between trusting God for things and trusting him with our lives. It truly is one thing to trust God for healing, providing etc. but do we trust him with our lives. Are we still holding on to some things and not letting them go for God to take care of? It was an important lesson that quite a few people said ministered to them.
I thank God for opportunities where we get to minister outside of our home church. It is a privilege and a responsibility that we don't take lightly. I've learned that when God wants someone to hear a certain message he will send people from near or far to speak to that individual.
We also met my brother Chris again. It had been so long. It was good seeing him. Please pray for him. The last time I posted about him I told you all that he had accepted Christ. He has not been walking in the newness of life unfortunately and really needs prayer. I know God answers prayer so I will not give up hope that he will serve God. Thanks for your prayer support my friends.
Now I'm off to do some more preparations for our departure to St. Thomas on Saturday. It is an early morning flight which means we are leaving our home in St. Joseph at the 'wonderful' hour of 4am to get to the airport.
