Let's take care of ourselves.
f you take care of yourself, then you have the strength and ability to help others. If you do not take care of yourself, then your effectiveness is seriously impaired.
I'm going to take a week or so and talk about the different areas of self care. It's not selfish. It's sound wisdom. God deeply loves each of us and wants us to be blessed and be a blessing. Let's learn to take care of ourselves so that we can walk with God in this.
And the second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' Matthew 22:39 NKJV
