Raw Food Recipe: Carambola and Pine Nut Pudding

I made some Carambola(starfruit) juice on Saturday.

I didn't want to waste all that good pulp so I modified a recipe I had for pine nut pudding and made the following recipe.

Pine Nut and Carambola Pudding

1 cup pine nuts
sweetener to individual taste
3/4 cup water(more water can be added to thin if pudding is too thick)
1 cup carambola pulp


Blend and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Very simple and very tasty. Enjoy and let me know how it turned out for you.
