I didn't want to waste all that good pulp so I modified a recipe I had for pine nut pudding and made the following recipe.
Pine Nut and Carambola Pudding
1 cup pine nuts
sweetener to individual taste
3/4 cup water(more water can be added to thin if pudding is too thick)
1 cup carambola pulp
Method
Blend and sprinkle with nutmeg.Very simple and very tasty. Enjoy and let me know how it turned out for you.
I REALLY like Carambola... It is AWESOME! I am totally going to try to remember your blog as I think your recipe is right up my alley. I love to use leftovers! :)
