Recipe: Flaxseed Egg Replacer

I found several Flaxseed Egg Replacer recipe options on Madhuram's Eggless Cooking. I used the guidelines and created my own. Then I increased the measurements as needed for the pancake recipe so what's below is the amount used for Jennifer's Multigrain Pancakes.

Jennifer's Flaxseed Egg Replacer

4 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 cup water

Method
Place in blender and blend until thick and creamy. That's it! Very simple.

Further notes
The ratio I came up with was 1 tbsp flaxseed meal to 1/4 cup water for one egg.
