Lettuce, shredded carrot, local egg omelet, homemade whole grain bread and banana:
Lettuce, sardine salad(sardines tossed with watercress, onions, garlic, celery, parsley and sea salt) and home made whole grain bread:
Mango-papaya salad, whole wheat crackers and breakfast smoothie:
Mango slices, lettuce, local egg omelet, leftover beet & carrot salad and sliced bananas:
Mixed salad with lettuce, green pepper, cucumber, tomato, celery, parsley tossed with olive oil & sea salt, herbed scrambled eggs(herbs were parsley, celery and thyme):
Cornmeal porridge topped with bananas and raisins:
Tomato-cucumber salad, scrambled local eggs and soy chunks:
Local egg omelet(local eggs are eggs that have not been fed with the commercial chicken feed, they've been fed bread, coconuts and the like, no hormones and other artifical stuff there), lettuce, tomatoes, homemade whole grain bread and bananas.
Banana smoothie, homemade whole grain bread, guava sections
