Sometimes I wonder if having exercise equipment at my home might help. There are so many options available out there. I received an email the other day that led me to a brand called Tunturi(sounds exotic). Maybe an exotically named piece of exercise equipment might help me. With a name like Tunturi treadmill or Tunturi elliptical I might be more motivated to do it. (riiiiight! LOL!) You never know. :)
But on a more serious note, exercise is one of the most important pieces in the healthy lifestyle puzzle. Exercise helps the body eliminate toxins as our body cleans itself from the inside out. Exercise also gives an added boost of energy. I remember the first time that my husband told me to exericse when I was feeling extremely drained. I looked at him like you're joking right? He said no, try it and you'll see. And he was right. I felt energized afterward. I still needed to get rest but the exercise partially eliminated the drained feeling and helped my body to recover ( I believe more quickly too).
There is so much information out there. So many different plans to follow. All it takes is trying them out to see which works best. Many of the exercise gurus advise that you should pick an activity that you enjoy to get your exercise and you'll be more motivated to stick with it. I really need to find something I enjoy because all I've tried so far I've not stuck with. Maybe exercise equipment might be the thing I enjoy using. I should find a gym and try out the ones they have to see if I like any and then start believing God for some exercise equipment. Information on Excercise Equipment abounds on the internet so it should not be too difficult for me to find something after I figure out which piece I like at the local gyms.
What about you? Are you like me or do you find it easy to stick with your exercising goals? Let me know in the comments. If you are one of those who find it easy, please share what exercise plan you're doing and what you do to keep you motivated. This might help those of us who need to stick with the exercising part of a healthy lifestyle find something we enjoy. Thanks.
Resistance bands are great for working out at home. Not only are they affordable, they take up very little space in your home. You can travel with them too. I've got some free exercises that

they can be watched when you have time. I like these because I don't get bored like I do with
DVD's. Every day they have a new workout, but it's complimentary to the previous day's

Awesome! Thanks for sharing.
