The first recipe in our 30 Day Nature Isle Recipe Marathon is Carrot and Cabbage Saute. We usually have this for breakfast but it can be eaten at any time of the day.
CARROT AND CABBAGE SAUTE
3 Carrots
1/4 cabbage
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
Sea salt
Coconut or Olive oil
METHOD
Peel and slice onions thinly. Clean and grate the carrots. Chop cabbage in thin strips. Heat oil of your choice in skillet or any pan. Add onions and saute until translucent. Add carrots and cabbage. Saute for another couple of minutes. While vegetables are sauteeing, peel garlic and grate finely. Add salt to vegetables to taste and turn off heat. Stir in garlic. Serve and enjoy!
